Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. Type your username to confirm. This permanently removes all your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in your device's subscription settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel. Deleting the app alone does not cancel billing.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. This will restore any active subscriptions or previous purchases linked to your Apple ID.

I'm not receiving the sign-in code

Check your spam/junk folder. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, tap "Resend Code" and try again. Make sure your email address is typed correctly.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Friends tab and tap Add Friend. You can search by username, share your friend code, or scan a QR code.

My progress isn't saving

Micro Battles requires an internet connection to save progress. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in from Settings.
